Accommodation
2007 saw the most recent phase of The Inn at Lathones bedroom development being completed.
The "Smithy's" and "Coachman's" bedrooms had been fully refurbished the year beforewith new larger bathrooms for all the Smithy's rooms along with a modern design with Italian furniture and all the comfort you would expect from a 4 star Inn.
The new building allows for groups of friends to take one suite and three deluxe bedrooms as their own private area that would give them their own lounge and bar area to meet in. The Inn can also be taken as an exclusive use option for private parties as we have a number of options with the Old Forge accommodation.
The Old Forge Bedrooms
The most recent addition to the "history" of The Inn was in the summer of 2007 when the hotel opened the "Old Forge" which comprises of six deluxe bedrooms all with large luxury bathrooms, and two magnificent suites on the first floor.
The Old Forge was built from the ground up but merges in perfectly with the rest of the courtyard and offers the visitor the very best quality of bedroom accommodation and facilities. The published rates for these rooms is £245 /£300 b/b but check out our booking engine for special rates.
Smithys Bedrooms
Dating back to circa 1850, these rooms are located in the converted old blacksmith's house and forge - hence the name. Published rates for these rooms is £180 b/b but check out our booking engine for special rates
They are our smaller rooms and are designed in light italian furniture and a modern twist but still have great charm and warmth.
They all look out onto the courtyard and in some cases have windows looking out across the farm land that borders us on three sides.
Coachman's Bedrooms
Our Coachman's rooms have also been completely refurbished with large bathrooms all with power showers.
They are built to a high standard and face towards the road and over the car park into the fields at the back. The published rates fro these rooms is £180 b/b but check out our booking engine for special rates
Two of these rooms have been adjusted for use by mobility impaired people. These like the Smithy's are finished to a high standard with light Italian furniture.
Studio Rooms
There are also two fantastic character "Studio" rooms at the inn - The Grey Lady and the luxury Mad McGregor - on the first floor above the Coachman's Rooms.
Both of these double/twin rooms boast their own log fire with modernised bathrooms with bath and shower and are furnished in keeping with the rest of the bedrooms at The Inn
