The Inn has become well known for its award winning food over the last 12 years and has developed to offer our customers great food that is from the local area, organic were possible but always from well known sources.
For instance, all our beef is certified under the Scottish Beef Club as is our Lamb and Pork. We know where the animals are from their life history should we need to trace it right to the plate. The farms they come from are some of Scotland best.
The new menus are starting to follow a theme in that we are into the whole slow cooking programme, not just meaning we cook slowly but that we are looking at recepies and produce that are close top home are well managed and taste just amazing.
